Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bar-Bare Media, LLC handles personal information through the official Willie Buck website, its online store, booking inquiries and related communications.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, organization and message. Booking inquiries may also include an event location, requested date, budget and performance requirements. We use this information to respond and manage the inquiry.
When you shop, we and our store service providers process information needed for checkout and fulfillment. This may include your contact details, billing and delivery addresses, items purchased, shipping selection, order notes, payment status, transaction identifiers and customer-service correspondence.
Please do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information in booking forms or ordinary email messages.
Orders, payments and delivery
Our online store uses IONOS eCommerce, powered by Ecwid. The store platform supports the catalog, checkout, customer accounts, order records and store notifications. Payment providers process payment credentials through the payment method you select. We receive order and payment information needed to manage the transaction; payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider.
We use order information to process purchases, arrange delivery, provide support, handle returns and refunds, prevent misuse and maintain required business records. Delivery services receive the information needed to transport and deliver your order.
Customer accounts and sign-in emails
You may shop without signing in. The store platform may create a customer record or account during checkout or after an order, depending on the checkout flow and payment method. Choosing guest checkout does not prevent us from keeping records needed to process your purchase.
You can access your account using an emailed one-time code or sign-in link. These emails help verify access to the email address associated with your account. Account features may include order history, invoices, saved favorites and product reviews.
Keep sign-in codes and links private. If you use a shared device, sign out when you finish.
Mailing list and other emails
Mailing-list signup is optional. The checkout signup box is not selected in advance. When you choose to subscribe, we use your email address and subscription preference to send Willie Buck music, performance and store updates. You can unsubscribe through the option in a marketing email or contact sales@barbaremedia.com for assistance.
Order confirmations, shipping updates, account-access emails and replies to your requests serve a separate purpose from the mailing list. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop messages needed to manage an order or provide access you requested.
Reviews and other submitted content
If you submit a product review, the review and the name displayed with it may be visible to other visitors. Avoid including private contact, payment or delivery information in a public review.
Technical information, cookies and external media
The website, hosting provider and store services may process information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring page and access time. This supports site operation, security, troubleshooting and reliability.
The store uses cookies or similar browser storage for features such as the shopping cart, checkout, account sessions and saved preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential storage may prevent some store features from working.
The website uses Google Fonts. Gallery and EPK video preview images can connect to YouTube when displayed, and a YouTube player connects when you choose to play a video. Privacy-enhanced video hosting does not make these connections anonymous. External services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
Booking forms use FormSubmit to deliver inquiries. Our email, hosting, store, payment, delivery and media providers process information as part of providing their services. Social, streaming and other external links lead to services governed by their own privacy policies.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers and authorized representatives as needed to operate the website and store, process payments, fulfill orders, respond to inquiries and support artist communications. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or protect legal rights.
Retention and security
We keep information for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfillment, customer support, accounting, resolving disputes and legal requirements. Different types of records may need to be kept for different periods.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
You can choose whether to submit an inquiry, subscribe to marketing or post a review. You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about its use. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained for transactions, security or legal reasons. Any additional rights depend on the laws applicable to you and our handling of your information.
For privacy requests and store support, email sales@barbaremedia.com. For performance booking, email williebuck@barbaremedia.com or call +1 773-979-8028.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page with a revised date when the website, store or our practices change.
