Where we ship

We ship Willie Buck recordings and merchandise worldwide, wherever our shipping services are available.

Order processing

In-stock orders normally ship within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include carrier transit time. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Pre-orders follow the availability and estimated dispatch information provided before purchase. If an order is delayed, we will contact you with an update and cancellation options.

Shipping costs and delivery

Available shipping services and charges are shown before you complete your order. Delivery times vary by destination and service. International shipments may take additional time for customs clearance.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

International orders

Any import duties, taxes, or carrier clearance fees not collected at checkout are the recipient’s responsibility.

Delivery problems

If your shipment is delayed, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact sales@barbaremedia.com with your order number. Please keep the packaging and include photographs when reporting damage.

Check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed.
